2023 Direct Press Pinot Gris Sur Lie

When we say Modern Table Wine, this is what we mean: High-quality organically-farmed Pinot Gris picked with tons of natural acid, pressed cold following an early morning pick and fermented with ambient yeast and no oenological additives. The result? Bright, refreshing and simple in the most satisfying of ways. V v limited btw, so stock up while you can. 

Taste: Fresh-made lemonade, kiwi, wheat thins, ocean mist   

Fruit: Organically-farmed Pinot Gris (without certification)

Vinification: Direct to press with juice going to one 1000lt stainless steel tank for fermentation on gross lees. Wine was racked from tank to an identical stainless tank for bottling.
